SIDEBOARD CONCERTINA NATURE

Hardly any other material than wood symbolizes the miracle of nature so much. Each piece is unique and unmistakable. The design of the Concertina collection gives the material wood all the freedom to fully develop its character, its colours, its grain and patterns. To do this, we saw randomly selected pieces of wood at different depths and angles and combined them into a new whole for the fronts. The body of this furniture is kept simple and Scandinavian with clear lines so that the beauty of the wood and the front design can be fully expressed. The idea for the mosaic of the fronts of this collection was born during discussions about sustainable furniture design. Wood residues are always produced during production and the question was how to use them further. Remaining pieces were sawn up at different depths and angles and reassembled to form the unusual fronts.
